Sr Manager/Director - IT Infrastructure Frameworks - BFSI

We have an immediate opening for a Sr. Manager/Director for an American MNC providing Technology solutions in Financial Services domain in Chennai

Role Description:

- The Person will be responsible for setting up, design and helping in implementation infrastructure Frameworks like ITIL.

Key responsibilities:

- Ensure consistent and smooth services to our partners / customers

- Undertake and lead production stability initiatives to stabilize environments

- Works on unusually complex cross-functional and/or cross-organizational problems

- Provide additional support to existing production support procedures

- Interact with infrastructure, release management, change management, QA, DBA and application teams

- Prioritize issues raised and resolve it accordingly

- Work with the engineering partners for getting insights into upcoming changes

Candidate Description:

Skills/Knowledge and experience:

- Demonstrated mastery of previous levels' skills and responsibilities

- Experienced in a variety of life cycle methodologies

- Has previous experience managing people

- Possesses in-depth understanding of the Production Support Methodologies

- Knowledge of financial/ brokerage domain

- Should have managed enterprise wide large technology initiatives independently

Education and Experience:

- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Information Technology

- 14-18 years of relevant IT experience
