Sr Manager - Digital Marketing   About Our client :   - Our client office is seeking an experienced, talented manager to lead their digital marketing team. Their digital marketing team creates top-notch online materials and drives traffic to them through online advertisements, search engine optimization, and social media.   - This management role involves overseeing a team of 10 web designers, graphic designers, and online marketing analysts.   - This person will be expected to define goals and generate marketing strategies to promote products, and is responsible for ensuring the team is organized, productive, and aligned with the company’s overall marketing goals.   Responsibilities :   - Oversee the functioning of the Digital Marketing Team in the India office   - Coordinate closely with the managers of other marketing teams to ensure alignment throughout the  department.   - Manage the growing staff of 10 designers and marketing analysts.   - Coordinate with members of the Creative Team and Marketing Department in the US.   - Foster a collaborative environment and create condition for team effectiveness across the different functional units.   - Contribute to online marketing strategy and manage digital marketing projects.   - Recruit, mentor, manage and motivate the Digital Marketing Team to ensure a high performance environment   Do you have it in you?   - 7–10 years of digital marketing experience   - Experience leading digital marketing efforts   - Ability to advise on digital marketing strategy   - Experience with web analytics, website conversion optimization, search engine optimization, search engine  marketing and online advertising   - Experience working with counterparts in the U.S. and/or UK   - Strong written and verbal communication skills   - Excellent presentation and persuasion skills   - Marketing experience at a B2B company   - Entrepreneurial problem solver with strong execution skills
