Job Description:  - Experience in Valuations, Land Transaction, Leasing and residential sales along with advising on Legal and Property Maintenance matters in Real Estate. Preferably, worked with International Property Consultants.  - Coordination with Lawyers for property due-diligence and preparation of closure documents  - Appoint and coordinate with disposal consultants/ broker (IPC) for the monetization of assets  - To guide/ coordinate with the internal and external teams for the closure of the transaction successfully  - Understanding of DCF Models/ Financial Modelling, provide inputs for preparation of marketing collaterals and transactional and closure agreements, due-diligence, negotiations, effective communication skills so as to coordinate with external and internal teams, effective writing and presentation skills so as to update the board/ senior management, coordination with government agencies for procurement of property documents etc.  - Coordinate with teams internally at different stages for sourcing property related information and share with the external teams.  - Organize land and building surveys  - Appoint and coordinate with valuers (IPCs) for valuation of assets for monetization   Arpit  9716553966
