Job Responsibilities :
Job Purpose :
- As an HR Business Partner for all Corporate / Commercial functions, lead & drive end to end delivery of services, solutions & interventions across all HR processes, for these functions.
- As an HR Process Owner, manage design & deployment of following key HR processes for K&B, India Corporate / Commercial organisation
a) Performance Management
b) Talent Management
c) Statutory Compliance
d) HR Analytics
- Manage hiring of talent with right skill set & aptitude that meet functional & business requirements and in line with Talent Acquisition process metrics.
- Manage talent review & succession planning processes to meet current & future needs of the function and ensure that talent depth (bench strength) is in line with Talent Management process metrics.
- Manage talent development & career progression of key talent & critical role holders in the function and ensure that development plans & career progression moves are actioned & accomplished as per committed timelines.
- Manage efficient & seamless deployment of Performance Management (MaxP) process and ensure that performance & development reviews are actioned & accomplished in line with process metrics & timelines.
- Manage efficient & seamless implementation of Employee Engagement diagnostics (surveys, Focus Group Discussions) & initiatives to address critical gaps & concerns around Engagement at the workplace.
- Provide advice & support to heads of functions on appropriate organisation structure & design to meet current & future business needs.
- Provide advice & support to heads of functions & senior team members on decisions pertaining to people matters and ensure high levels of ownership on talent engagement, retention & development agenda.
Knowledge :
- Knowledge of HR tools, systems & processes in areas of Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, Talent Management and Learning & Organisation Development.
- Knowledge of contemporary techniques, trends & developments in the space of People Management & Development.
Skills :
- Ability to design & deploy HR interventions to attract, retain & develop best in class talent.
- Ability to understand business effort priorities & measures of success and align HR goals & objectives to support business growth.
- Ability to build, foster & leverage strong internal & external relationships / networks.
- Ability to provide robust HR advice to business leaders / senior management and coach & mentor talent in the organisation.
- Ability to build confidence & drive ownership for people processes amongst business & functional leaders.
