- Knowledge about milk, its production, procurement & handling at village level.

- Benchmarked practices of Dairy Industry

- Knowledge of managing & influencing people and handling their routine issues looking to business perspectives

- Good communication skills.

- Procurement of milk

- Procurement of factory items

- To make new strategies and policies according to the business requirements for diverting the surplus quantities of milk through exploring the contract manufacturing sites or direct sale as per management guidelines and SGM for smooth milk sourcing
