This position is responsible for the sale of the organization's products in a specified region or major geographical area. Provides ongoing support to clients in that region for all core products & services.
- Responsible for overall revenue achievement for the area.
- Strategies to achieve aggressive growth in the region.
- Creating new alliances and developing Sales from new accounts/institutions/ corporate.
- Developing a steady pipeline of Accounts to be approached.
- Converting leads into orders, ensuring appropriate understanding of the client requirement.
- Will handle all institutional sales for the defined vertical. This will involve making Sales calls to all types of institutions, converting these meetings into orders, ensuring understanding of the client requirement.
- Managing the achievement of sales revenue through a team of at least 3 to 6 sales executives.
- Training of Junior Sales Executives and developing successors.
Qualifications and desired Skills:
- Preferably handling Hygiene products.
- Excellent formal presentation skills before both small and large groups.
- Demonstrated problem solving and negotiation skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Experience managing large territories and diverse product offerings.
