Sr Manager - Contracts - Real Estate (8-10 yrs)
We are hiring for" Senior Manager contracts"
Location: Gurgaon
Role:
- Preparation of LOI/Contract documents.
- Contracts, Scrutinizing and preparing Tender Documents
- Finalization of contract work packages and contracting strategy
- Follow up with the vendor for contractual obligation as per contract.
- Tracking of cost to ensure that work package /project cost is within approved budget. To prepare scope change (additional work/cost variations) and take approval.
- Ensure contractual compliance by contractors.
- Preparation of SOP's for contract management.
- Documentation and Maintaining contractual records
- Coordinating the Bid process incl. giving all tender clarifications /issuing addendums etc..
- Pre qualification of bidder, making data base, performance evaluation of contractors
- Preparation/Issue of NIT, Tender, Bids Comparative.
- Review / finalization of extra item, Escalation, Liquidated Damages.
- Analyse and manage contractual disputes. Knowledge of Acts related to contractual disputes
Qualification: B.Tech, Civil
