Sr Manager - Contract - Real Estate

Looking for Sr. Manager Contract for a leading Real Estate Company-Chennai

Job Location- Chennai

Qualification - BE/ B.Tech -civil

Experience- 8-20 yrs

Job Profile:

a) Handling tendering, Material procurement and Billing process for the larger projects for the entire region.

b) Good Knowledge on FIDIC and strong negotiation skill

c) Handling contract and procurement administration on the larger scale.

d) Coordination for the SAP related issues in terms of contract documentation, Service entries, material consumption posting .

e) Estimation and Preparation of B.O.Q"s for the different projects.

f) Providing the MIS inputs to the planning department on weekly/monthly basis.

g) Settlement of the Extra items in claims in respect to the project.

h) Acting like a bridge between management & contractors/vendors.

i) Following Value Engineering approach.
