Post: Sr. Manager - Consumer & Market Insights  KRA's  - Focus on generating critical insights and recommendations on customer solution / actions to support informed decision making (tactical and strategic) on marketing plan, pricing, product & branding strategies for across business.  - The position would ensure the establishment and maintenance of a high level of competency and efficiency in developing critical insights through the deployment of high level analytics.  - Drive the process for market research to support decision making  - Drive the modelling initiative   - Map consumer space for building long term strategy   - Support to respective business teams with inputs from MR & provide relevant information to fine tune process, product, promotion and marketing strategy  At least 3-6 years of market research experience in a global market research agency or in a large FMCG, telecom, Durables company in the Consumer Insights function  - In depth knowledge of research tools and applications of tools to business needs with strong analytical capability.  - Knowledge of Advertising & Marketing in Telecommunications, FMCG  - High level of understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methods and their application.
