Senior Manager : Compliance Management

Location : Bangalore

Client : One of the Largest Global MNC

Qualification :

LLB / LLM from reputed university with BCOM

or CA or CS

or CWA or CMA

Experience in range of 8 to 12 years

Job requirements:

- Ability to understand and interpret compliance requirements - Legal language interpretation

- Ability to perform compliance status assessment - audit and review skills

- Ability to search relevant citation from various regulations and case laws

- Client interactions for discussions and presentation

- Report writing

- Supervision of juniors and ability to manage a team

- Advanced knowledge of Employment and Immigration laws in overseas countries will be preferable

- Must have advanced knowledge of Indian Laws specially in area of Employment and Tax laws

- Fair knowledge of MS office applications

- Connect with Senior Management at existing clients and ability to connect with Sr Management

- Ability to manage large team and delivery

- Ability to manage client relationship

- Spot new sales opportunities

- Support the Sr Management in sales pursuits

- Contribution / Participation in external events as technical speaker / writer etc on legal / advisory matters will be preferable

- Should be at senior position at the existing firm / company with good track record of promotions and progressive movement

- International experience and experience of dealing with overseas Attorneys is most preferable

- Connect with overseas law firms will also be most preferable

MUST BE :

1. Working with Reputed Law firm (associated with International law firms) handling multi-country legal due diligence for the clients based in India and overseas.

2. Working with Legal department of IT service companies in India and having experience of working on muti-jurisdiction assignment.

3. Working with HR compliance department of IT service companies and has worked on compliance management function

4. Working with Immigration department of IT service companies or with Immigration law firm in India

5. Internal audit experience of conducting compliance reviews of overseas locations from IT service companies

6. Working with Human Capital / Legal service practice of large services firms.

7. Working in Reputed Employment law practice firms in India
