One of Hucon Solutions clients is looking for a Sr. Manager - Compensation & Benefits for their team at Hyderabad.   Role Summary/Purpose:  - This role is responsible for leading the Compensation and Benefits function for the Organization's India business in collaboration with the SVP C&B.  - This role reports to the HR Leader for the Organization and Supports ~2,500 employees in Hyderabad, India.  Essential Responsibilities:  - Monitors industry and external market trends and identifies opportunities for change within the business as appropriate  - Manage the annual salary, stock option and incentive planning processes for the business in India collaborating with HQ SYF C&B team  - Evaluate and design along with the HQ C&B team, incentive plans impacting India in line with business objectives; align programs to global changes  - Coordinate with the HQ C&B team to lead and participate in the annual local market survey data process of benchmarking positions to external surveys and analyzing market data to provide value-added reporting detailing competitive market positioning for the business.  - Counsel and partner with HR and management teams and lead C&B related communication within the business  - Support job evaluation for the team in line with global SYF framework  - Oversee rewards and recognition programs and tools in India.  - Provides SYF perspective to India level C&B projects to ensure SYF needs are considered.  Qualifications/Requirements:  - MBA preferred with more than 5 years demonstrated success and career progression in Human Resources  - At least 3 years of Compensation and/or Benefits experience in India for a global organization  - Demonstrated success and career progression in the HR or finance fields.  - Advanced PC skills including strong Excel skills.  - Knowledge of HR systems (e.g. Workday, Oracle HR, PeopleSoft) and corresponding reporting mechanism.  - Significant HR practices and applicable regulatory knowledge.  - Ability to communicate with and influence all levels of the organization and drive change.  - Demonstrated successful experience working in a demanding, high performance work environment and team oriented culture.  Desired Characteristics:  - Experience working with Multi-National Companies or BPO Industry.  Shift Timings : 3PM to 12 Midnight.  You Can Add Me On Linkedin : http://www.linkedin.com/in/mirkhan2112
