About the client:   One of the Fortune 100,US based,NASDAQ listed company having multiple offices in India too.They are the services and technology provider for real estate,mortgage,asset recovery and CRM.  Role : Senior Manager (C&B)   Responsibilities:   - Development and implementation of the reward strategy to include: salary bench-marking, pension arrangements, benefits management and annual compensation events such as bonus and salary review.  - Leads implementation and management of compensation analysis, program design, legal compliance, and other compensation issues.  - Manage all facets of the Corporation's employee stock plans to include granting, exercise, release and termination of all equity awards for executives, employees and non-employees.  Required skill sets:  - MBA with specialization in HR from Tier 1/2 B schools   - 6+ years of total experience with a minimum of 4+ years of compensation experience (preferably including some executive compensation experience) and a genuine interest in this field  - Experience designing annual, equity, stock and other long and short term incentive programs
