Position: Sr Manager - Comp & Ben and PMS
Role:
- Compensation planning & analytics
- Compensation benchmarking
- Creating compensation fitment guidelines for hiring
- Managing the total compensation revision cycle
- Policies & processes for compensation
- Managing the complete Performance Management Cycle
- Reporting and publishing various dashboards and financial reports
- Complete Benefits administration
- Ensure complete compliance with applicable legislation for benefits
- This position reports into the HR Head of the organisation
Requirements:
- BE+MBA (HR) from a premier institute
- 4+ yrs of experience with extensive experience in Comp & Ben and PMS
- Should have handled multiple compensation review and performance management cyles
Location: Mumbai
