- Maintain compensation and benefits database of all management staff effectively for instant retrieval of data.
- Manage efficiently the monthly MIS reports needs of the company in a timely and efficient manner.
- Co-ordinate the gathering of necessary information for the headcount and salary yearly budgeting exercise and process this efficiently and accurately.
- Implement all policies related to compensation and provide feedback for improvement.
- Maintain the salary grading structure within the company.
- Provide accurate inputs for management.
- Ensuring / complying with timely payment of increments / variable payments / promotion / revision.
- Prepare and balance period-end reports, and reconcile payrolls prior to being processed
- Provide inputs for framing compensation policies and procedures that support the business in achieving its objectives.
- Assist to make annual salary survey
