Looking for Senior Manager - Comp - & Ben - for a large manufacturing Organization based in Eastern India

KRA's :
- Review the compensation structure on an annual basis with help from consultants
- Study the group companies’ salary structure and suggest the changes for our company which are relevant in our context
- Researching and analyzing industry salary structure & and tax friendly benefits practices
- Based on feedback, identify areas of improving the compensation and benefits delivery
- Identify compensation trends related to respective industry & functions, and suggest changes as required
- Study and conduct benchmarking of international compensation & benefits from other group companies, competitor’s and suggest the structure for officers
- Do the market survey with the help of consultants on a periodic intervals
- Be updated on tax structure of various countries of operations to ensure the officer are not impacted adversely
- Implement annual increment and bonus for officers posted abroad
Qualification –
MBA in Human Resources (two years full time course )
Skills & Knowledge –
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to influence, negotiate and persuade others
Personal Attributes –
- Ability to work under pressure at times and effective at working to deadlines
- Ability to work independently and to use own initiative
- Able to develop effective working relationships and credibility with managers at all levels
Experience –
- 2 to 3 years experience in Human Resources function
- Preference will be given to candidates who have worked in the area of compensation (domestic and international)
- Person who has Analytical mind and wants to shift to Comp - & Ben - function can also apply - Person should be in generalist profile as on date
