Job Description:

- The position is responsible for handling logistics and related commercial activities for exports and India distribution up to CFA’s Efficient, safe and timely deliveries as per Country guidelines.

- Single point handling of all billing ex India and ex import centres and timely delivery of day-1 launches, new and patented products as per routing approved by IPR.

Quality Operations (compliance, execution of relevant activities, continuous improvement, etc.):

- Efficient logistics for all

- Proactive planning to address all action points e.g. dcgi permissions, translations, other ADC queries

- Follow up for orders STOs for inventory clearance

- Prompt satisfactory response to all customer queries

- Managing all pre, post shipment documentation and other related work with CHA implants.

- Audit / JSox compliant transactions

Performance Management (Management Reviews, resource development and adequacy, etc):

- Regular availability to advise and review operational issues with the staff.

- Communicate with customers (outside and in company) and external agencies.

- Guide and motivate subordinates

Other areas relevant to the position:

- Timely submission of all AREs and Shipping Bills to avail of due export benefits

- Prompt customer response / update

- Timely MIS and system hygiene
