Sr Manager - Collection Analytics (3-10 yrs)
Client is one of the largest KPO's in analytical space in India.
Location: GGN
The project liaises with a Banking practise looking at Collections Strategy for the global market across products
Requirements
At least 3.5+ years either within Portfolio Risk or Collections Strategy
Strong Analytics mindset
Strong and hands on experience on SAS programming skills, experience with modeling tool and/or advanced database programs
Expectation:
Initiate, develop and ensure the compliant applications of Collections & Recovery policies and strategies for the Customer Region, to support the delivery of targets through details and thorough analytics
Work closely with stakeholders to ensure they are able to execute the developed strategies and champion-challenger testing in decision engine / tool or collection systems.
Developing appropriate collections segmentations and recommend suitable treatments for each segment
Monitor and evaluate strategies / tests for continuous improvement opportunities
Support the adoption of group collections Keep-place, Sell framework
Team management role: 8-9 member team
