Job Opportunity with leading eCommerce at Bangalore location.  Role: Senior Manager - Category Engagement & Delivery Leader  (Retail Process & Excellence | Bangalore, India)  - The Retail Process and Excellence team works towards enabling the Retail functions across categories develop scalable processes and to achieve operational synergy through an operating framework by integrating, maturing and standardizing such processes with the use of industry best practices.  - We are looking for a Senior Manager to fulfill the role of an Engagement & Delivery Leader for the category clusters as part of the Retail Process and Excellence team.   - This person will be hosted out of the retail business unit and is expected to work cross functionally to manage and deliver key initiatives which would serve as the focal point for a Retail transformation.  Roles & Responsibilities:  - As a delivery and engagement leader you will be the point of contact for the category teams and will play the role of a category and customer advocate.   - You will possess a high level domain understanding and will be an efficient change agent.   - You will manage a team of Super category delivery and engagement leads and will be expected to develop an account management culture in the organization.  In this highly cross functional role, you will:  - Serve as the single point of contact for all the retail categories and the leadership  - Cascade and enforce compliance for all key processes and frameworks  - Enable and facilitate discussions for Product, Supply Chain  - Represent and advocate sensitivity of Categories and Customers  - Provide an engagement focus into Category leads  As the Engagement & Delivery Leader you will lead a team who will be responsible for:   - Liaising with category leads to stay abreast with most ailing issues/pain-points.  - Liaising with Product/Technology and serve as Retail SPOC  - Serving as a SPOC for cascading of information to the category leads.  - Promoting process standardization across sub-categories.  - Supporting product/supply chain initiatives across various retail categories  - Facilitating discussions of Function Leads with the sub-categories (Ex: sign-off on process maps)  - Drawing an end to end perspective across the categories  - Leading requirement and information gathering across categories  - Nurturing a management of change capability across multiple stakeholders  - Securing category based alignments and sign-offs on key initiatives  Skills & Qualifications:  - 8- 14 year experienced account delivery or engagement leads within key Retail/ eCommerce categories (eg; Books, GM, Electronics, Clothing etc)  - Proven capability of setting up and leading account delivery teams  - Graduate degree in engineering, preferably an MBA from a premier B School  - Excellent communication and influencing skills
