Sr Manager - Campus & Lateral Recruitment - Manufacturing (8-15 yrs)
The client is renowned company with multiple businesses. They have presence in India and Abroad and has big expansion plans in India. As a result they are looking at hiring more people in the organisation.
The candidate will be responsible for:
- To carry out campus recruitment activities (400+) for Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs), Diploma Engineer Trainees (DETs) and Graduate Trainees (GTs)
- To handle talent acquisition for lateral recruitments as business specifications.
- Ensure on time candidate sourcing, scheduling etc as per company guidelines.
- Handling recruitment for project trainees (200+) as per business requirements.
- Manage and administer the selection screens throughout the process.
Required:
- Regular/ Full Time MBA/ PGDM HR/Personnel Management.
Experience: 8 to 15 years.
Language: English, Hindi and Marathi (Speaking mandatory).
- Only form manufacturing background.
- Male candidates preferred.
