Looking for Campaign Management (Senior Manager) with leading MNC telecommunication based at Mumbai.  Please note : We don’t want loyalty program people guys/digital campaign management.  Job Description:  - Drive Segmented offers to subs via Chordiant using Outbound and Inbound channels to drive higher usage and revenue.   - Implementation of Real Time Campaign Management platform and driving contextual campaigns. Put in the tools & processes across circles that will facilitate the campaign management process.  - Explore multiple channels to reach out to customers in effective and efficient manner and drive the governance in terms of customer contact policy.   Key accountabilities and decision ownership:   - Manage functioning of All Campaign Management Systems : Ensure proper functioning of Chordiant / Flytxt campaign management tool across all interactive and non Interactive channels and ensure timely upgradations by bringing in new variables and enhancing capacity  - Maximum and effective utilisation of Chordiant&Flytxtby the Circles: Work closely with the circle campaign Managers, training and hand holding them, helping them define the U&R campaigns across channels. Managing campaign risk and prioritise campaigns in accordance with strategic importance and commercial opportunity.  - Rolling out National Campaigns : Launching national campaigns centrally on key products and services on Flytxt and Chordiant for better effeciencies  - Contact Strategy & Practices : To formulate the optimum contact strategy by putting in place contact rules across channels in order to bring down the contact per sub, maximise revenue per contact and improve CDI. Minimising cost per conversion through efficient use of channels  - Reporting and Monitoring of Campaigns.
