Sr.Manager - Campaign Analytics - Mumbai Area.  The person would be a part of the Marketing Analytics team primarily heading the Campaign Analytics function, within the BIU team.   Job Description :  - The candidate would be required to take up the complete ownership of Campaign Analytics.   - The Marketing Analytics team is responsible for the end to end design/development and performance synthesis of campaigns for multiple business units across products and functional areas.   - The candidate would get a chance to work on multiple such initiatives.   The candidate is required to:   - Create eligibility and design framework for cross sell marketing and sales campaigns.  - Creating and implementing a test & learn approach in each campaign program  - Driving insights through campaign synthesis and monitoring  - Conducting design of experiments/factorial design on campaigns  - Identify and measure campaign channel efficacy  - Working with Business Heads and Brand Managers to create & publish bank wide campaign plan  - Focus on campaign execution and fulfillment processes   - Use decision trees, k-means clustering, uplift modeling and other techniques to draw insights  - Lead and mentor a team of 2 analysts in the campaign analytics space  Skill sets :  - Should have in-depth and thorough knowledge of campaign design and performance monitoring - 4-6 years of relevant experience  - Good banking domain knowledge and expertise including profitability of banking products  - Should have experience on SAS / EG ( at least 2-3 yrs. of experience).   - Good knowledge of R  - Experience working with databases is a plus (SQL)  - Should be able to bring in new and innovative ideas on campaign intent design and implementation including use of different channels  - Should have good communication, presentation and inter-personal skills  - Having a results oriented attitude with go get it done skill  - Good project management skills while working with both internal and external partners  - Should have a high degree of motivation with a continuous thirst for learning  Key Result Areas :  - Design and implementation of campaigns to drive profitability for the bank  - Regular synthesis of campaigns to senior management with key recommendations and proposals  Academic Qualification:  - Post Graduate background in Engineering/Statistics/Economics/Operations Research or M.B.A. (Finance / Marketing)
