JOB DESCRIPTION/JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities:

Job Summary: Lead development of innovative solutions for B2B and B2C segments in online education space by smart use of next-gen technologies and processes. This would include creating mobile and e-commerce business applications that will utilize analytics based personalization engines, perform various online experiments and leverage various resource optimization techniques

Typical deliverable of Sr. Manager - Business Solutions are:

1. Track competition and gain insights about evolving business and technology practices

2. Analyze business processes of the company and advise on improvement of process efficiency and effectiveness.

3. Initiate, plan and execute strategic initiatives incl. development of technology road-map and solution
architecture; vendor selection & management; project management; solutionidentification & evaluation

4. Execute SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) process in an effective manner

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS

- Bachelor's in Engineering with 5+ years relevant experience (preferred graduation from Tier I institutes viz. IIT, NIT, BITS)

- Master's in Engineering or Management is desired but not required

- Prior experience in the role of Business Analyst and/or Project Manager; experience as an entrepreneur is an added advantage

- Proven expertise in designing & developing scalable, agile and flexible technology solutions aligned with long-term business models.

- Hands-on experience of scalable web technologies.

- Exposure to process improvements & automation and strategic project execution.
