About Project / Process - SG GSC Finance Team is responsible for managing the financial of SG - Global Solution Centre with a current HC of 4000 growing to 6000 and cost base of around - 100 M to around - 130M over the next year.

The Finance Team of 25 members is broadly responsible for

- Financial Control activities like GL, Treasury, Tax & Finance Operations like Accounts Payable, Receivable and Payroll and Financial Budgeting & Performance

Key Responsibilities / Deliverables -

- Help drive SG GSC wide financial performance initiatives and make recommendations to optimize financial performance

- Reporting and analysis: Drive Quarterly and Monthly business reviews for Financial Performance,

- Quality indicators, Score Cards and other Management Dashboard with SG - GSC Management & RESG FIN

- Develop and track key metrics

- Drive ongoing system development of business intelligence tools to meet the company's financial reporting and analysis requirements

- Ad hoc projects and financial analysis to support key business decisions

- Drive continuous improvement

- Cost Decision support : Help create an environment to enable informed decisions. Effectively communicate financial information

INTERACTIONS - Describe the job roles that you interact with inside or outside the company to enable you to meet your accountabilities and the percentage of time you spend interacting with these roles.

Role of AVP - Performance Management is required to interact with the leadership of SG - GSC and Overseas Group Finance Functions, in the Financial & Performance Management of the Entity.

The high level time spent interacting with various key stakeholders would be

Internal:

- SG GSC - ExCo - 5%

- CFG - ExCo - 50%

- Chief Operation Officer - 5%

- Chief Financial Officer - 10%

- Deputy CFO - 20%

External

- RESG Finance - 5%

- DEVL (Group Finance) - 5%

Must Have Skill(s) with minimum Yrs of Experience Desired Skill(s)

- 5 to 7 years of post qualification experience of which around 2 to 5 years in similar role

- Experience In IT or ITES Captive or Banking Captive - Demonstrated analytical and systems skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Experience with of accounting software's like PeopleSoft etc- budgeting systems and database management

- Understanding of IT & ITES industry

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
