We have an Senior Level opening at Kolkata with one of our prestigious clients subject to:

Company Name: One of the largest conglomerates in Building Materials.

Position: Sr. Manager- Branding

Department: Marketing

Eligibility:

- B.E + MBA ,3~8 Yrs of relevant experience in branding of Building Materials

- Exposure in the area of Brand Management, retail marketing

Job Purpose:

- Ownership of implementing brand strategy and analyzing customer understanding

- Interact with Distributors/CAMs for developing customized brand promotion activities

- Implement various ATL and BTL activities

- Develop PPA Plan and ensure implementation

- Design and implement brand campaigns

- Coordination and providing creative design and implementation ideas for various marketing communication and measuring effectiveness of such programs.

- Capture ROMI (Return on marketing initiatives) of various initiatives

- Implement engagement activities to initiate and maintain relationships with various influencers, opinion leaders and industry associations which can drive customer behaviour

- Design & implement surveys and research focused around customer, competitor, market or channel

- Collate consumer insights and provide inputs for product & service differentiation
