Job Description:
- Excellent Fees based revenue generation skills and client base from Third party products like MF, Insurance, Equity Trading, Structured Products, PMS, Home Loans etc.
- Clear Accountability, handling sales to High Net worth, SME, Corporates and other clients.
- Profiling customers & providing products who meet their needs
- Deepen the relationship by cross selling products & services according to their needs
- Enhance & retain cost profitability by capturing larger share of wallet.
- Acquire new customers who meet product criteria through cross reference.
- Acquire mass affluent retail customers, deepen existing HNI relationships for all wealth products (Insurance,mutual funds) and cross-sell 3rd party products for example (Mutual Funds, Insurance, Equity Trading, Home Loans and other Fees based Product ).
- The position is the driver of customer centric sales proposition, that offers customers a range of products from liabilities to consumer assets (credit cards, personal loans etc) to wealth management.
- Provide professional customer service to achieve a high percentage of customer satisfaction & retention.
Other responsibilities:
- Responsible for 3rd party product distribution, free income generation through branches.
- Adherence to internal policies & external regulations
- Business Development.
