AVP - Structured Finance - CA/IIM/MDI/ISB

Job Role : AVP Strcutured Finance

Location : Delhi

Position based with a large NBFC in Delhi and Mumbai

- Origination of Structured and Capital Market transaction and building strong sourcing capabilities

- Relationship Management with all other syndicate partners like Banks, NBFCs, FIs, Mutual Funds, Private Equity Players and Investment Bankers etc.

- Down selling deals to other syndicate partners

Establishing and managing relationships with corporate clients, financial institutions and other counterparties for originating and sourcing the deals from both primary and secondary markets.

- Originating and executing syndicated transactions arranged for corporate customers and financial institutions, Structuring and executing the mandates, negotiating the structure and terms & conditions of the proposed financing; preparing credit analysis, submitting credit packages to the Credit Committee;

- Monitoring the customer credit quality and financial performance

- MBA from Premier B School / CA with 8-12 years of experience in Corporate Finance / Structured Finance.

- Should have Profound knowledge of structured financing

- High presentation and negotiations skills
