Hiring for no 1 bank in Sr Manager/AVP-Retail Initiatives-Mumbai

Location: Central Office Mumbai

Qualifications:

CA/MBA(Tier 1 only)

Experience required:

2-6 years in a relevant profile

Overall responsibility:

The incumbent needs to demonstrate capability / skill sets to work across following key areas:

1.Key Retail Processes re-design & benchmarking: The objective would be to look at redesign of key Retail processes, for example CRM solutions, to enable better delivery of value to the customer as well as the Organization. Also focus would be on benchmarking key processes with best in class. This would include Internal as well as External Benchmarking as a driver to improvement.

2.Automation Initiatives: Anchor automation initiatives impacting the business model of the Retail Bank such as the Customer Relationship Management System, Investments Products Solution etc which would have a key impact on the functioning of the Retail Banking functions.

3.Strategic Projects & Program management: Execute key strategic projects which would act as differentiators for delivery of services and make them Game changers for the Retail Bank. Any important work area not picked up as a project would be managed from a program management perspective.

Operating Model for delivery

1.The individual to take end-to-end Ownership of Delivery and road blocks (if any) to be highlighted to the senior management for approval/ clearance.

2.Working closely with in Retail Bank and other external functions involved to meet the deadlines promised on picking up of work areas.

3.Program Management Approach for other important work areas that do not satisfy the above mentioned pre requisites.

Key Pre Requisites:

1. Solution Oriented Approach for Solving Business Problems

2. Analytical Skills requirement to be able to identify the problem areas and work on Solutions

3. Good Communication and Presentation Skills for engaging Senior Management

4. Change Management Skills required to manage issues related to implementation

5. Ability to work with multiple people across functions and ensure quality delivery

6. Ability to work with volumes of data, analyze, summarize and publish results using XL tools will be considered added benefit
