Sr Manager/AVP - Presales & Solutioning - BPO

We are looking for - SM/AVP Pre Sales with experience in retail domain.

Education Qualification - Post Bachelor’s diploma in Relevant skills or Other professional

Experience - 7 YRS +

At least 3 years of experience in business development and/or customer relationship management.

Essential: Industry – BPO/ITES

Domain - Retail - CAN BE Automobile / Manufacturing

Job Description:

1. Understand & Evangelize the Business Process Outsourcing & Potential of Client's

Offerings :

i. Identify and build new offering slivers within the focus area

ii. Work with sales management and marketing personnel to develop and implement new sales programs, products, and services

iii. Identify and qualify potential leads - business opportunities and customer needs

2. Provide pre-sales and post-sales support

iv. Work with onsite sales teams to manage & contribute to responses to customer requests for information, proposals et al

v. Provide presentations; conduct research and competitive analysis associated with new opportunities.

vi. Work with other client’s service & industry practices to provide comprehensive & innovative solution meeting and exceeding customer expectations

vii. Participate in customer visits & Offer solutions

3. Identify & develop alternate streams of revenue generations

viii. Work on creating alliances & partnership

ix. Work with industry analysts to position the client as a vendor of choice.

4. Manage the customer engagement cycle from lead to operations

x. Participate in onsite due diligence & contribute to transition planning

xi. Contribute to solution definition

5. Build reusable collateral and contribute to the knowledge repository.

6. Maintain networks and relationships to keep abreast of competitors activities and develop and maintains effective business relationships in the industry.
