Sr Manager/AVP - Operational Risk/Basel II (6-10 yrs)
Job Roles
- To strengthen the Operation Risk Assessment process and conduct periodic review of the Risk Assessment Exercise.
- To identify and escalate significant operational risk issues and implement control mitigants to address the issues. Identify/Design new Key Risk Indicators, oversee the implementation of the EGRC/Basel II/Advanced Approaches towards the Operational Risk Management.
- Include Management & Measurement frameworks to maintain a working relationship with business departments to develop a deep understanding of business strategy, plans, policies, products, processes, outsourcing arrangements and software evaluation. Identify Risks and suggest risk mitigation measures/controls keeping in view the banks strategy.
Min 6 to 10 years ( preferably in banking industry). Experience in designing policies and procedures would be essential. Exposure to various banking application softwares is desirable.
- Sound knowledge of the risk assessment tools (e.g. RCSA, KRI, OpVAR) would be an added advantage. Candidate should have excellent communication and analytical skills.
Graduate, MBA, CA, ICWA would be an added advantage. FRM/PRM Certification is desirable
