Job Description

Foreclosure unit is responsible for managing daily operations for Mumbai processes. This includes Prime, Non Prime and Bids & Third Party processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for managing daily/weekly/monthly output as per client SLA and ensuring worklist mgmt, EMS

We need mortgage collections back office operations experience or mortgage underwriting experience.

Knowledge/Experience:

- Exposure to US Mortgage Default Servicing operations will be an added advantage preferably North America Collections.

Somebody should have handled team of 250 members

Person Specification:

- To be a good team player.

- Multi-tasking & problem solving skills.

Competencies/Skills:

- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.

- Good analytical ability.

- Basic keyboard proficiency.

- Proficiency in MS Office usage.

- Possess effective problem solving skills to ensure timely problem recognition and resolution.

- Eye for detail while processing transactions
