Sr Manager/AVP - HR Generalist - Mumbai and Hyderabad with one of the MNC Banks

We, Talisman Advisors, an executive search and selection firm specializing in the recruitment of middle to senior level talent, are looking for a Sr Manager/AVP – HR Generalist with one of our clients based in Mumbai. Our client is one of the largest MNC Banks.

- The incumbent will be managing the entire HR function for the business.

- He will be managing the complete recruitment cycle (massive hiring), induction, performance management, employee engagement, partnering with the business for development and delivery of overall HR strategy.

- Experience – 5-8 years+

- Salary can be in the range of 12-15 Lacs. We are open to candidates from Manufacturing, Telecom & FMCG sector also.
