Urgently looking for AVP-HR Business Partner role.

Location- Mumbai/Pune

Experience- 9-12 years

Essential Criteria

- Must have experience in Business Partner role.

- Must have handled employee engagement activities along with handling global stakeholders.

- Experienced HR resource with deep domain understanding and Operations orientation.

- Must have excellent communication skills with advanced logical ability and commercial savvy.

- Must have great people management skills to deliver on the job.

Eligibility:

- Have an exposure in ITES/ IT/ BFSI organisation.

- Full time MBA only eligible

- 9-12 years experience
