Sr Manager/AVP - Healthcare Equipment Finance

Position : Sr Manager /AVP (Candidates form Banking Organization apply only)

Sub Unit : Healthcare Equipment Finance

Reporting to Cluster Business Leader

Education:

- Post Graduate / CA

- AMFI/NCFM/IRDA certifications will be an added advantage

Past Experience:

- 7- 10 years of relevant experience in operations, client servicing or sales role

Responsibilities

- Achieve sales budgets set for the Section (healthcare equipment)

- Manage profitability – Productivity, Yield and acquisition cost within the budgeted levels

- Achieve the budgeted cross sell targets

- Identification, hiring, training and retention of the desired sales staff at all levels

- Develop and implement a performance management system and culture as per the KPI

- Develop a formal monitoring mechanism and MIS to ensure that each parameter of KPI is constantly measured, reported , analysed and improved

- Monitor competitor sales strategy and develop plans to counter the same

Past Organisation:

- Must necessarily come from Banking Organizations and a strong understanding of the healthcare business

Other Aspects / Skills:-

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Fully cellent networking & interpersonal skills

- Manage conversant with MS Office ,Ex

- A team and drive them to achieve the business volumes at the branch level.

- Manage diverse sourcing channels including the Branch

- Strong Decision making ability

- Ability to manage complex client situations

- Sensitive to issues of confidentially and compliance

- Strong sense of accountability and self-initiative

- Good Market knowledge of ‘Business Banking’

- Good knowledge of regulatory guidelines
