Requirements:
- Commerce/Finance graduate and preferably a Chartered Accountant/ CPA
- Experience of at least 10-12 years of managing F&A delivery with minimum of 7-8 years leadership experience in BPO.
- Deep Accounting knowledge and expertise across P2P/OTC/R2R and working knowledge of US GAAP
- Proven ability to project manage new initiatives and process changes
- Proven self starter and initiator of process improvements
- Ability to manage problems effectively and efficiently, particularly under pressure and ambiguity
- Good interpersonal skills, able to communicate (both internally and externally) on a variety of levels across the delivery centres, the client and external third parties and staff.
- Previous experience of managing to and meeting service level agreements in BPO
- Proven ability to work within a challenging client environment
- Energy, drive and enthusiasm
- Strong influencing skills
- Advanced customer relations management skills
- Effective coaching and mentoring skills
- Good hiring and interviewing skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to adapt and design frameworks for audit management and reporting, quality management and compliance
