Reports to: COO

Manages Others: (no of people if yes) 2 Pool resource

Functional:

- Strong client relationship management skills

- Strong accounting technical knowledge

- Client acquisition skill

- Existing Client Relationship

- Structuring of lending transactions

- Coordinate in Legal Documentations

- Coordinate in Regulatory Compliance

- Portfolio monitoring

- Project Appraisal (Basic Credit Appraisal) : Guiding undertaking appraisal of projects involving financial, technical, economic & risk analysis and evaluation of proposals.

Technical:

- Astute Risk Management capabilities

- Market intelligence

- Origination capabilities for lending deal pipeline

- Across all asset classes

- Across industry verticals

- Self origination

- Good product knowledge across

- Real Estate, Structured products, Loan against Shares, Margin funding, Acquisition financing, Promoter funding

- Coordinate in Structuring and Legal documentaion

- Market intelligence

- Establish best-in-class risk management processes and systems

- Exposure in Corporate lending (B to B)

- Deep product knowledge across

- Real Estate, Structured products, Business Loan, Loan against Shares, Margin funding, Acquisition financing, Promoter funding

Key Role Responsibilities:

- Originate structure transaction & Deal closure experience

- Periodical client services

- Achieve penetration at Promoter level to acquire clients

- Proactive Risk management and recovery

- Establish best-in-class risk management processes and system

- Analysis of Portfolio / Evaluation

- Structuring

- Coordination with Legal

- Due diligence & Documentation
