Job Description:
- Supervisor’s Position: VP – Analytics, Modeling and Campaign & Database Management
- Leads Customer Analytics Project engagements end-to-end, including implementation of multiple studies
- Develops and applies new ways of solving Organisational Business problems
- Manages Analytics Client (internal, as well as external) relationships
- Ensures Project Archival and Documentation by Team Members
- Grooms, Trains, and mentors junior Team Members
- Helps in Hiring, growing talent, and Performance Management
- Responsible for taking the Analytics Team to the next level
Required Qualifications and skills:
- Prefer resources/candidates from organization like Mu Signma,Netpositive/Fractal etc
- B.Tech / BE + MBA / Masters in Statistics or Economics / Econometrics from any of the Premier Institutions. (Preferably IIT / IIM Candidate)
- 6-9 years of varied experience in High-end Advanced Analytics, Predictive Modeling (preferable), leading Teams, and experience of managing multiple Project Assignments
- experience of BFSI sector
- Advanced knowledge of Mathematics, Statistical Techniques like Regression, Probability Theory and Applied Statistics, including Decision Theory, Analysis of Variance, Multivariate Analysis, Econometrics, Sampling Techniques, Designs of Experiments, and Mathematical Statistics.
- Application of Analytics Best Practices
- Strong Analytical and Problem-solving skills
- High on IQ, Structured thinking and a flair for Number-crunching
- Ability to apply Technical / Theoretical Knowledge in Real-life Problem-solving.
- Excellent Communication and persuasive skills
- Ability to work independently, and adjust to fluctuating workloads
- Project Management and Leadership skills
Background:
- The Analytics & Modeling Team is part of the MARKETING Department. It caters to the various Analytics requirements of the Organisation across Teams / Departments.
- The scope consists of Exploratory Core Business Analytics Studies / Projects, Campaign Analytics & Campaign Management, Statistical Modeling & Scoring, Forecasting / Projections, Automation & Database Management (mainly Analytical Data mart)
