Conduct Market Intelligence - Study global trends, product innovations, market share analysis & competitor analysis.  - Define and size market segments and evaluate loss of opportunity (win /loss review).  - Formulation of product portfolio and strategic roadmap aligned to business goals.  - Maintain a status dashboard for all portfolio products to ensure timely delivery.  - Ensuring timely availability of material for production   - Reduction in freight (shipping, air), CHA & other overhead charges  - New suppliers identification, development to meet department targets   - Cost reduction through negotiations and alternate sourcing  - Meet department targets for inventory days, ageing, obsolescence   - Prepare “Material Procurement Plan” for all factories.   - Ensure timely ordering and shipments for all plants  - Ensure Factory Sourcing team follows Sourcing SOP, Guidelines/Policies   - Vendor Quality Improvement  - Coordinate with China Office, R&D, QA teams to ensure timely development of new models/items  - Supplier capacity planning considering company mfg targets and sourcing strategies  If Interested please share your updated CV with current and expected package.  Ved 09811762409
