Job Profile:  Designation: SBU HR Head  Grade: Sr Manager /AGM  Location: Hyderabad  Reports to: Business Head   Required Experience: More than 10-15 years of experience preferably in manufacturing company at the corporate level  Required Qualification: MBA (Full time) from a recognized Institute  Job Description:  The position is responsible for HR partnership to the business and implementation of all activities related to HR for the business.  Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:  - Be a strategic HR partner to the business head.  - Plan key HR initiatives to improve motivation and morale of employees.  - He / She would be responsible for making the HR budget for the business.  - Responsible for employee retention and MIS for the business.  - Connect with units to resolve HR related concerns.  - Responsible for PMS and effective closure of PMS process to ensure goal setting and midyear review takes place as per the target dates.  - Responsible for implementation of compensation strategy and annual increments  - Coordinate and ensure payroll related and policies related queries get resolved within the time lines.  - Responsible for the strategic resourcing (coordination of interviews, finalization of candidate and negotiation) for the business.  - Obtain approvals for the reimbursements for pay off of notice period, additional HRA and Transfer / Deputation of employees to other locations.  - Handle the off role employee salary and reimbursement process.  - Be involved in the execution of various training programmes for the business in coordination with units and corporate HR.   - Be responsible for the TNI process for the business.  Key Skills & Competencies:   - Ability to relate with people at all levels  - High level of ownership.  - High Integrity level.   - Should be a Go-getter and Trouble Shooter.   - Good written and spoken communication skills.  Contact Person:  Shipra Garg  0120-4550859
