Sr Manager/AGM - PMS & Compensation & Benefits - Auto/Industrial (12-18 yrs)
Job Description:
1. Designing the Performance Management Roadmap in-line with organisation strategy
2. Providing direction for Job Analysis/ KRA/ Goal Setting and Performance Management
3. Leading and reviewing designs for various Talent Management projects
4. Implementing PMS Cycle through collaboration with Leadership Team
5. Designing and Monitoring the succession planning and leadership development
6. Annual Budget detailing wage bill impact
7. Quarterly Revision process
8. Roll out of compensation ranges to the Employees, staffing and business leaders
9. Partnering with the respective business leaders in the C&B discussions
10. Audit and MIS for their respective business
11. Partnering with the recruitment team in C&B discussions
12. Sensitisation of Compensation Philosophy to existing, new joiners and HR partners &
13. Market Awareness in terms of Surveys, New Trends and Best Practices
Role Requirements:
# Extensive knowledge in PMS/compensation strategies
# Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
# Effective consulting, relationship, influence and negotiation skills, particularly at this level
# The ability to communicate effectively with different levels of management and influence multiple stakeholder groups
# Knowledge of change management processes / practices
