Location of the job - South zone office

Reporting to - Head - Marketing

Name of the function - South zone sales head

Major goals -

- Lead a team of engineers spread across south india to achieve sales target with dealers and direct customers every month

- Collection of revenue as per credit terms

- Support the order processing team with required information from the customer

- Organise marketing activities as per the directions of the management from time to time.

- Develop the new customer base

- Promote new products as per the requirement

- Resolve all customer dissatisfaction points in coordination with the plant

- Manage the dealer network for the targeted results

- Develop the dealer network as per the directions

- Administer the south zone office

- Adhere to the processes of the organization in achieving the above

- Suggest and implement with agreements, continuous improvements in processes

Education Qualification - Basic: BE or MBA in marketing

Desirable:

- Fresher / Experienced - Experienced

In case of experience, what is the expectation regarding experience -

- Experience in leading a team of sales engineers

- Number of Years of experience - 10 -12 yrs

- Any other skills requirement - Should be willing to relocate whenever required

- Selling industrial / Hydraulic products

Candidates preferred - Bangalore / outside Bangalore
