Sr Leadership Role - BD - BFSI (15-18 yrs)

We are looking for Sr Leadership role with Top Telecom Service Provider company in India and they have businesses in Globe.

Position Vacant: Business Development/ Senior Leadership

Desired Work Experience:15 – 18 years. With at least 3-4 years in a company following the “Software products” model.

Location of Posting: Gurgaon

Key Accountabilities:

A) The Business Development/ Senior Leadership will be responsible for overall Business Development responsibility for the all the product lines of the MFS (Mobile Financial Solutions) Business Unit. Will need to drive business for the following product lines:

a. Prepaid recharge;

b. Mobile banking;

c. Mobile money transfer;

d. Mobile payments;

e. Customer care, provisioning, charging, workflow, loyalty management

f. Subscription and differential billing.

B) Driving business development:

a. Product marketing (Lead generation, road shows, conference presentations, product evangelization, sales training, sales collateral, funnel management)

b. Sales support/Pre-Sales activities (Solution architecture, RFP response, Hardware dimensioning, pricing, presentations)

C) Work with the Product Management, Product Development within MFS and working closely with the Delivery management and Relationship Management teams outside MFS.

D) Feed new product ideas, product modification suggestions into the Product Management teams.

E) Building close relationships with customers and regional sales teams in SAARC, South East Asia, Africa and the Middle East.

F) Achieving a Top line Year on Year growth target while aligning with gross margin and other business acquisition guidelines. Will carry targets linked to compensation: order booking, revenue targets, new leads.

Interfaces and Authorities:

- Will manage a team (directly and indirectly) of about 8 - 10 people and with a lot of other stakeholders within and outside MFS.

- Global scope – particularly Africa, Europe, Middle East, South East Asia.

Educational Qualification:

- MBA in Marketing/Business Strategy and B.Tech/BE/MCA/M.Tech/M.Sc

Skills Required:

- Demonstrated success in driving and achieving direct sales targets.

- Competencies and background related to Consulting and Systems Integration – related to retail banking and payments industry.

- Should have worked for at least 3-4 years, in a company following the “Software products” model.

- Strong communication, collaboration, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

- Knowledge of software product development to ideally both, but at least one of the industries: (i) financial services or (ii) telecom

- Experience with international customers and markets is essential.

- Knowledge in any of the product line domain areas addressed by MFS would be preferred.
