Senior leadership Hiring:  Location: Bangalore  Experience: 5 to 12 years  Job Description:   - Proactive, Dedicated and well experienced Human Resource Professional with more than eight years of experience in all facets of Human Resource Operations.  - Internal as well external comp benchmarking and identify the gaps existing in salary emolument of employees.  - Analysis of internal compensation structure vis-a-vis market compensation data to determine yearly increments, variable pay etc  - should be able to Work out the new remuneration policies for different staffs categories (i.e. Doctors, Nursing, Paramedical & Customer Care), including pay packages for newly hired employees, and executing the same   - Formal & Informal communication to employees on various HR initiatives / policies as deemed relevant from time to time  - Talent Acquisition: Manpower Planning/ Sourcing/ Joining  - Recruiting: Sourcing/ Screening & Selection/ On-Boarding / Orientation/ Employee Relations/ Pre- & Post Hire Assessments/ Applicants Tracking/ Pre Hire Cost Analysis  - Compensation & Benefits: Benefits & Payroll Administration/Appraisal Performance  - Retention: Retention Strategy Analysis/ Workforce Surveys/ Case Studies/ Development & Implementation of Employee Retention Programs   Recruitment, Resourcing & Development:- Management of the complete recruitment life cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources, after identification / analyzing the Medical Department requirements  - Actively involved in the induction, healthcare Tourism, orientation of new Doctors in the organization with L&D   - Screening of Profiles & discussing with Doctors bout their expectations & short-listing of Doctors for further round of interviews with Panel & Group Chairman.  - Manage recruiting of all positions including direct and temporary staffing needs. This include the JDs, Doctors referral program, interviewing, reference/background checking, and applicant database management ensuring timely hiring for key positions and legal, regulatory compliance of all recruitment  - Ensure timely medical checkup, offer and appointment letter, for newly joining employees  - Manage on boarding process for new hires to ensure successful transition from applicant to employee  HRMS & MIS Reports:  - Data Management including the accurate & timely maintenance of HRIS system  - Update applicable Human Resources systems and maintain data, as required  - Conceptualization and Implementation of HR systems and Processes  - Utilize HRIS and other sources to develop relevant reporting to support business partners and to complete required audits & reporting  - Manage HR Business analysis, reporting and the quality of the HR tools e.g. Job Descriptions,Performance Appraisals etc.,  - Timely collation of all HR related MIS reports and sending the same to corporate as per SOP  - Research attrition/retention, analyzing trends thorough headcount and exit data and recommending appropriate course of action  Key Skills:  - Hands on experience in Medical Recruitment (Broad & Super specialty Doctors Hiring)  - Good in developing the right strategies for new talent sources.  - Good inter personal and problem solving skills  - Team Co-ordination and Leadership skills  - Human Relations and Communication Skill  Education: Post Graduation / MBA in HR
