We have this opening for a Senior Lead - Recruitment with our Top Client - An MNC Captive in BFSI Domain.

Skills we are looking for:

- 8- 10 years of Good experience in Technology hiring in Software industry

- Preferably a Engineering graduate , working in a captive IT organization.

- Good experience in sourcing through Social media

- Managed a team of 3-5 senior recruiters

Others considerations:

- Should exhibit high level of maturity and professionalism at work

- Excellent communication skills

- Should have presentable and pleasant personality

- Willing to accept Lead – Recruitment or Sr. Lead Recruitment or Recruitment Specialist title
