Sr International Business Development Manager - PV Industrial & Commercial Rooftops (5-8 yrs)

Senior BDM (International) - PV Industrial & Commercial Rooftops

Location : Overseas

- Exploring the market for Solar Roof top systems.

- Develop and Manage Sales Channel partners in the GCC region.

- Responsible for achieving the Business Targets set for the GCC region

- Meeting monthly, quarterly and yearly sales/ marketing target.

- Must have technical understanding of solar PV systems.

- Has to create awareness of the product through cold-calls, visits, presentations etc.

- Provide techno-commercial solutions and independently, handling sales enquiries and negotiate orders to execute till payment.

- Procurement of Tenders /RFS Review and prepare term sheet, Risk analysis

- Study the Tender/RFS and provide assumptions and ambiguous points for pre-bid discussion

- Develop and maintain the relation with Nodal Agencies in the region.

- Interface with internal departments for securing market leads.

- Prepare all the General and commercial documentation, EMD, B/G as required.

- Prepare annual Business plan and target markets, provide updates for decision making.

- Preparation of offers, customer interaction, Negotiation and related interface with Eng, SCM and Execution functions.

Qualification, Experience & Skill Sets :

- B.E with Experience of 5-6 years of Sales and marketing experience in solar energy sector like Solar rooftop on-grid and off-grid systems

- Handling Business Development for Solar Rooftop & KW in GCC.

- Having Valid GCC Driving Licence

- Experience in approaching end-users, EPC's and installers.

- Will have a proven track record of channel development and strategy.

- Will have experience with solar market and new product introductions.

- Will have a good understanding, and experience, of creating SWOT analyses, content market requirements documents (MRD), and content for product requirements documents (PRD).

- Will be a team player and have some experience working in marketing and coordinating between product and marketing/sales personnel.

- Will be capable of dissecting, understanding, and recommending marketing content promoting the value proposition of Co's products which include, but not limited to, solar PV modules, inverters, battery back-up/storage systems, solar mounting solutions, and other energy efficiency and renewable energy products.

- Will be capable of preparing and presenting market reports, strategic and tactical plans, and other presentations to Co's senior management.

- Will have mid-level management experience in generating mid-and long-term strategic plans.

- Will be able to understanding technical products, including their features and benefits, and leverage those into impact-full marketing collateral.

- Computer skills including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT).
