Client Servicing, Front ending and maintaining a healthy client relationship. Understanding his PR requirements, brief and expectations for media and non-media related activities in the Financial space (investor conferences). Managing expectations of a client for brand related outreach and set his expectations in perspective of media delivery possibilities. Managing monthly client meeting schedule to communicate work done and work in progress. Good understanding of financial institutions - Business, product and services. Basic understanding of the regulators governing various financial institutions and the implications of Government policies & political environment on the financial services sector. Understanding the client goal sheet and brief the team for servicing the client effectively  2. Media Relations, Media Delivery Management, In-charge at press conferences , follow up for press releases, articles, invites for press conferences and pitching + attending + client briefing for one on one interactions, support immediate boss on crisis situations in terms of research. Maintaining a log of daily media analysis updates. During times of crisis or negative media impact - sending out an impact analysis document with recommendations for action. Develop strong media relationships with concerned media personnel relevant to clients being managed via a Media round schedule. Gather Media Intelligence, key media movements , dynamics between editor and his team , likely changes in publication. Knowledge of the influencers & ability to drive influencer management programme for personal finance product clients. Developing relationship with CoBs, prominent journalists  3. Content Development, Drafting communication material, corrigendum, holding statements and letters to clients and media. Final approval on communication material, advertorials, articles, invites, media briefing documents, FAQs and quotes. Planning Final approval on quarter plans. Planning Final approval on activity plans. Review documents - Annual review presentation. Planning large announcements : Drafting all communication material - speeches, flow of events, Mc speech, briefing documents, press releases, background notes etc. Review documents final approval : quarterly review, inventing new formats to present the monthly evaluation reports more effectively. Story idea and pitch material development. Research to collect and develop articles. Drafting CEO Speech, IMM briefing document, press release for crisis situations. Client / internal deadlines to be met in 100% cases. National mandate : Briefing network teams on interactions, mini press conferences and mini events for a client - as per briefing documents and templates prescribed  4. Team Management, Keeping Motivation alive by shuffling of responsibilities. Client expectation management and delivery - meetings with Managers and Executives on things to do. Client expectation management and delivery - guiding team members on developing story ideas , pitch mails , BD presentation , research and ideation. Team discipline - Monitoring manager & executive level discipline - timesheets, leaves, timings, newspaper tracking, dress code , media lists updation , documentation hygiene. Team building activities. Supervising the IDP for team members , evaluating delivery of KRA's. Creative / Innovative Ideas that helped to improvise Team's overall performance. Helping team to generate periodic wow factor with the client. Excellent written and spoken communication skills. Languages : English , Hindi - (speak , read ).
