Job Title: Lead Senior HRIS Analyst
Department: HR System Support

Location: Hyderabad
Purpose of Department
The Global Support Team (GST) provides functional GHRS support to the various Regional Support Teams (RSTs) and some Global Businesses. The team provides real-time support in accordance with the published Service Level Agreement (SLA) between the Regional and Global Support teams. As part of Business Process Expansion to take up Tier-3 Intake tasks we have come up with these new positional requirements.
Job Description
- Identify and document process improvement opportunities (Relationship Management) for GHRS which is a PeopleSoft Customized HRMS packaged Software for BANK.
- Open to work in shifts on rotation basis.
- Using the support documentation created, train the Global and/or Regional Support Teams for BAU support
- Review open Support Helpdesk assigned to ‘Global’ teams (GST, GPST, GLT)(Global Incident Management)
- Provide support for escalated Group Directory (GDIR) issues.
- UAT testing for escalated issues that have a ‘global’ impact
- Monitor the HR CTSO Solution Introduction mailbox. Respond to or seek appropriate response from available resources.
- Escalation Management and Troubleshooting Training
- Support related communications to the Global and Regional Support teams along with scheduled related training sessions when required.
- Thorough knowledge of GHRS and a growing understanding of the interacting systems such as ePerformance, People Administration, Manager Self Service, Employee Self Service, Learning Management, Rewards, Global Mobility, and eventually Taleo.
- Proficiency with personal computers as well as pertinent mainframe systems and software packages
- Share best practices between the global and regional support teams
- Develop a comprehensive written communication about the reported incident to the Global/Regional Support teams (team leads and general mailbox addresses), Pillar Leads, Product/Platform Leads, Service Delivery Leads, and Project Managers when applicable.
Skills/Experience Required
- Has overall experience of 5+ years in PS
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, MIS, related field, or equivalent experience
- PeopleSoft HRMS and EPM - User experience of version 8.3 or above
- MS Office skills - Fully competent in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Knowledge of MS Project
- Ability to multi-task and work well with all levels of internal and external employees
