Job Location - Hyderabad.
- Plan & manage entire process of talent Acquisition to ensure the smooth filling of manpower as per the organizational requirement, to ensure lower cost with high quality
- Develop manpower plan in consultation with the stakeholders as per guidelines & productivity norms to ensure manpower norms and numbers are being monitored and enable productivity tracking and reporting and recommendations
- Provide smooth on -boarding process of all new joinees as per NEO process
- Ensure 100% Recruitment process compliance as per Poornata guidelines - Implementation & usage of Recruitment Module
- Ensure Idea as an employer of Choice in Campus Relationship in local colleges'
- Ensure smooth implementation of HR Process and temporary manpower to achieve employee satisfaction
- Knowledge of Recruitment, HR Operations, Employee Engagement.
- Networking, Good interpersonal skill.
- Customer responsiveness, assertiveness.
- Should have people management skills.
