Sr HR Manager @ Navi Mumbai, India  Our client is an MNC and they are looking for suitable candidates from MNCs to fill the following position asap.  Position : Sr HR Manager ( only MNC candidates being considered )  Education : Graduation in any field and a Tier 1 MBA in HR. Knowledge of law and government compliances  Experience : A total of 8-10 years of experience in any MNC with around 2 - 4 years experience as an HR generalist and 4 - 6 years experience in talent acquisition and training & development  Location : Navi Mumbai ( Locals preferred )  Compensation : Competitive and commensurate with candidate caliber and experience ( your current CTC should be in 15 - 20 L range )  Role Responsibilities and Desired Profile:  - Candidate will be responsible for Talent & Organisation Development through acquisition of talent & skill capability building and improve productivity.   - Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting policies and helping resolve work-related problems.   - Responsible for leadership development and maintaining talent pipeline; Analyze training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs.   - Responsible for retention of employees, employee morale and commitment. Ensure high levels of productivity of employees using motivation techniques. Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview and select applicants.   - Ensure planning and conducting of new employee induction to foster positive attitude towards organizational objectives. Ensure training and induction of existing employees at regular intervals.  - Direct preparation and distribution of written and verbal information to inform employees of benefits, compensation, and personnel policies. Travel to various office locations and conduct community meetings to handle grievances of employees and for addressing queries.   - Perform difficult staffing duties, including dealing with under-staffing, refereeing disputes, firing employees, and administering disciplinary procedures. Handles employee grievances.   - Collate MIS data and send monthly reports to Dir-HR. Coordinate and monitor the activities of subordinates, mentor them on work issues, and provide inputs for their performance appraisal.   - Interacts with employees of the company for issues related to compensation, infrastructure, performance appraisal, payroll, administrative issues. Interacts with vendors like consultants, legal advocates for compliance issues.  - Good communication skills and social perceptiveness to be able to communicate with employees and other stakeholders effectively and be aware of others' reactions and understanding why they react as they do.   - Skills for leadership development to be able to impart special skills to the talent pipeline and increase productivity. Process-oriented. Persistent and assertive to be able to ensure compliance with company policies and government rules and regulations.   - Team player and leadership skills to be able to handle difficult people issues and be able to handle teams and monitor subordinates. Multi-tasking and decision making to be able to handle multiple tasks at a time, and make effective and holistic decisions.
