Job Description:

End to end hr. activities.

Managing complete Recruitment & Selection Process and Employee Engagement.

Manpower planning along with Head - HR, VP- HR and Head -Talent Acquisition enabling an effective organization wide manpower plan.

Manage the complete recruitment cycle for sourcing employees at various levels.

Conduct Walk-in Interviews, Campus Interviews & Scheduled Interviews at the respective Locations.

Vendor / Channel management in order to scale up the regional delivery capacity.

Responsible for designing and implementing vendor schemes and incentives as per the business requirement to ensure maximum delivery.

Responsible for ensuring 90% offer to join as per business requirement across all channels.

Making salary fitments, rolling out offers along with salary negotiations.

Generating Monthly MIS Report - Head Count, GAP Analysis, and Attrition Analysis.

Employee Engage Branch Banking Recruitment

Using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking in order to attract talent and retaining them

Qualification-MBA -Full time

Experience- Minimum 5 Years (Banking experience required)
