Our client is a US MNC and leader in the marketing communications industry. They have over 140,000 employees across 100+ countries in the world. Their clients include those in the Fortune 500 and they are currently looking for a Human Resources Senior Manager to join their team.

Job Description
Reporting to the HR VP, this is a generalist role with a focus on talent acquisition. From a generalist perspective, you will ensure that HR policies, practices and resources are aligned with overall business and corporate objectives. In addition, you will add value to the business by providing human resource expertise and insight to senior management to build and maintain positive relationships across all levels. You will manage a variety of assignments such as compensation planning, change management and employee relations.

The Successful Applicant
The successful applicant will be degree qualified and have at least 5 years of strategic HR experience. You must be adept in the process of talent acquisition for mid to senior level candidates. Candidates with an outgoing personality will thrive in this creative environment. You will be able to work independently, with the support of a team. Excellent communication and presentation skills are necessary and with the ability to interact confidently with senior management.
